1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Kingdom Rewire™, the Kingdom Journey™, and any related content, coaching, or services we provide (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.
2. About the Service
Kingdom Rewire™ is a Christ-centered discipleship ecosystem offering biblical teaching, scripture study, daily formation practices, reflections, and an optional conversational Trail Guide. The Service is educational and formational in nature and is intended to support believers in walking faithfully with Jesus in everyday life.
3. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Kingdom Rewire™ provides faith-based coaching, spiritual formation resources, and educational content. It is not a substitute for licensed medical care, mental-health treatment, professional counseling, pastoral care, crisis support, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, in danger, or experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. In the United States you can reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988.
4. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it current.
5. Member Conduct
You agree to use the Service lawfully and with respect for others. You will not misuse the Service to harass, harm, deceive, or disparage others; to upload harmful or unlawful content; to attempt to access another member’s data; or to interfere with the Service’s operation. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
The Service’s curriculum, teachings, scripture selections, drill prompts, Field Guides, branding, and media are owned by Kingdom Rewire™ and protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of the personal reflections and journal entries you create. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially republish our content without our written permission.
7. Payments, Refunds & Scholarships
Where the Service offers paid products or a paid Kingdom Journey™ membership, payments are processed through our authorized payment provider. Refund eligibility for paid programs is governed by the program’s published policy at the time of purchase. Donations to the Scholarship Fund are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable. Scholarship awards are granted at our discretion subject to available funds and applicant eligibility.
8. Privacy & Consent
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that you have reviewed and consent to that policy. Consent to specific data uses is captured separately and may be withdrawn as described there.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific life outcome.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Rewire™ and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify members within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
