Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Our Privacy Commitment

Kingdom Rewire™ is built on a conservative-privacy posture: your personal formation is yours. We collect only what is needed to run your journey, default new accounts to the most private settings, and never sell your data. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you control.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information — your name and email address, used for authentication and service access.
  • Profile information — optional profile details you choose to add (e.g., pronouns); visible only to you by default.
  • Journey & formation data — your lesson progress, drill assignments and completions, reflections, prayer/journal entries, and daily-formation state.
  • Trail Guide conversations — the messages you send to the conversational Trail Guide are processed to generate a response; the Trail Guide is read-only and cannot move your journey forward on your behalf.
  • Usage information — basic, anonymized interaction data used to keep the Service reliable.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the Service (authentication, curriculum progression, daily formation, reflections), to provide the coaching and scholarship features you request, to secure and maintain the Service, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your personal formation data for advertising.

4. Conservative Defaults You Control

New accounts start private. By default your profile visibility is private, analytics sharing is off, the public member directory is off, direct messages are off, and push/SMS notifications are off. You may adjust these preferences within the Service; where consent is required for a specific use, we ask for it explicitly and record it as an append-only record.

5. Consent

Consent for specific uses (for example, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or marketing communications) is captured as an append-only record with the policy version you agreed to. You may grant consent at any time. Withdrawing a consent is recorded as a new entry that supersedes the prior one; previously granted consent is never edited or deleted, in order to preserve an accurate history of your choices.

6. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as our payment processor and hosting provider) under appropriate obligations, or where required by law. Coaches and staff you interact with through the Service see only the information the Service surfaces to them for that purpose.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and journey data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account; certain records (such as append-only consent history and completed transactions) may be retained to the extent required for legal or accounting integrity.

8. Security

Access to your data is governed by row-level permissions within the Service so that members see their own data and authorized staff see only what their role permits. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we employ measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of majority, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us so we can remove the account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date and version accordingly. Material changes will be surfaced to members within the Service and, where consent is required, re-requested.

11. Contact

Privacy questions may be sent through our Contact page. See our Terms of Use for the terms that govern your use of the Service.
